{"id":104,"date":"2022-05-31T23:22:47","date_gmt":"2022-05-31T21:22:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/renaulutionshareplan.renaultgroup.com\/fr\/?page_id=104"},"modified":"2024-07-10T18:06:26","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T16:06:26","slug":"your-participation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/renaulutionshareplan.renaultgroup.com\/in\/your-participation\/","title":{"rendered":"Your participation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How do I participate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<section class=\"textes-formates\">\r\n<div class=\"row  mb-5\">\r\n                      <div class=\"col-lg-8 col-gauche pe-md-5 pe-lg-70\">\r\n                      <h3><\/h3><ul>\n<li>Click on the \u201cPassword request\u201d button,<\/li>\n<li>Enter your email address to receive a temporary personal link enabling you to create an account,<\/li>\n<li>Choose your personal password,<\/li>\n<li>Follow the steps indicated,<\/li>\n<li>Choose your payment method(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By subscribing online, you receive immediate confirmation of your participation by email and you can download your receipt in PDF format.<\/p>\n<p><em>* If you do not have an email address provided, identify yourself directly with the username and password provided by your HR contact.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n                      <div class=\"col-lg-4 sidebar ps-xl-5 mt-2\"><div class=\"wrapper\"><p><strong>Validate your participation no later than October 2, 2024, before 11:59 p.m. (CET).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n                      <\/div>   \r\n<\/section>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How can I finance my participation? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To participate in the plan and finance your acquisition, you can make a voluntary payment that you can pay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by deduction from your salary, in 1, 3 or 6 monthly instalment(s) starting from November 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by bank transfer, from your account to the bank partner\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What amount can I invest? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose how much you want to invest in the Shareplan within the following limits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum: <\/strong>\u20ac15<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maximum: <\/strong>your personal payment is capped at 25% of your estimated 2024 gross annual pay (fixed and variable)(1).<\/p>\n\n\n<!--section-hightlight-question   1.2 -->\r\n\r\n<section class=\"block-question-hl fullwidth-block \">\r\n    \r\n        <div class=\"container py-5 mx-auto\">\r\n        <div class=\"row\">\r\n        <div class=\"col-12 col-md-4 col-lg-3 col-xxl-3 question text-break mb-5 mb-md-2\">Special cases: <\/div>\r\n            \r\n        <div class=\"col-12 col-md-8 col-lg-9 col-xxl-9 reponse\"><ul>\n<li>If your employment contract is suspended, in order not to exceed the 25% cap, you must refer to the last pay that you received within the Group in 2023; if you did not receive any pay in 2023, your personal contribution is capped at \u20ac11.592.<\/li>\n<li>If you are an executive director or corporate officer, the 25% cap is assessed relative to the pay you received for these functions performed in 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    \r\n<\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the risks ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your investment carries with it a risk of capital loss.&nbsp; <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will participate in the offer through the \u201cRenaulution International Relais 2024&#8243; FCPE, which will merge with the \u201cShare Original\u201d sub-fund of the \u201cRenault International\u201d FCPE following a decision by the fund\u2019s Supervisory Board and subject to AMF approval. You will then hold units in the \u201cRenault International\u201d FCPE and so become an indirect Renault SA shareholder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cRenault International\u201d FCPE is intended to be invested exclusively in Renault SA shares listed on Euronext Paris, and is not covered by any guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The value of the FCPE\u2019s unit will follow the Renault SA share price upwards or downwards: if the share price falls, the value of the unit will fall accordingly. As a result, you are exposed to a risk of capital loss. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nevertheless, the proposed unilateral contribution and additional contribution as well as the discount off the reference share price limit the impact of a fall in the share price, should this occur (<a href=\"https:\/\/renaulutionshareplan.renaultgroup.com\/in\/your-investment\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"268\">see Example investment<\/a>).<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As all of the FCPE portfolio\u2019s risks relate to the securities of a single company, we recommend that you assess whether you need to diversify the risks regarding all your savings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What happens if the offer is oversubscribed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the number of subscription applications exceeds the maximum number of shares on offer and, if applicable, the euro cap that could be set, the applications will be capped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Subscription application capping rule:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An initial check will be made regarding the amount of the unilateral contribution, as its payment is prioritised. If the unilateral contribution exceeds the cap, it will be reduced to the number of shares available and the employee participation in the share acquisition offer will be cancelled. If it is below the cap, the unilateral contribution will be paid in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of shares still available for acquisition in the offer will then be calculated, excluding the unilateral contribution. The participation will then be reduced on an average basis. An average investment amount will be calculated based on the number of participants in the transaction. All applications for subscriptions of less than this average amount will be honoured.
