Key points of the offer

As a Renault Group employee, you have the chance to participate in our new employee shareplan, “Renaulution Shareplan 2024” from September 18 to October 2, 2024 inclusive. This shareplan enables you to acquire Renault SA shares indirectly through the “Renaulution International Relais 2024” corporate mutual fund (FCPE) (merged following the transaction into the “Share Original” compartment of the FCPE “Renault International”, following a decision by the fund’s Supervisory Board and subject to the approval of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers), on preferential terms.

The shareplan offers you two schemes:
  • A unilateral contribution amounting to the equivalent of 7 shares paid into the “Renaulution International Relais 2024” FCPE offered without investment conditions.
  • A share acquisition offer, within the framework of the “Renaulution International Relais 2024” FCPE, with
    • a 30% discount off the reference price,
    • an additional employer’s contribution amounting to 300%*up to 2 shares acquired, then 100% for the 3rd share acquired.
      *capped at an amount equivalent to 7 shares.

Renault Group pays all direct management costs relating to your “Renaulution International Relais 2024” FCPE units

as long as you remain an employee of the Group.

Your assets are locked in until June 30, 2029

unless they are released early.

Any dividends are automatically reinvested

in the “Share Original” compartment of the FCPE “Renault International”.

Your investment will follow the Renault SA share price both upwards and downwards.

As a result, your investment is exposed to the risk of capital loss if the Renault SA share value falls.

Announcement of the acquisition price

From September 18 to October 2, 2024 inclusive

Period of participation in the “Renaulution Shareplan 2024” offer for the indirect acquisition of Renault SA shares via the FCPE.

December 4, 2024

Delivery in the FCPE Relais of Renault shares corresponding to the unilateral matching contribution and, in the event of investment in the offer, to the personal contribution of the employee and the additional matching contribution.

December 2024

Merger of the “Renaulution International Relais 2024” fund within the “Share Original” compartment of the “Renault International” FCPE.
